- Housing interest selections and optional "Other" notes
- Submission metadata, including timestamp and test-mode indicator

- Follow up about event logistics and related housing support opportunities
- Analyze aggregate interest trends for planning future community events
Legal Basis and Lawful Processing
We collect and process RSVP information based on attendee consent when a registration form is submitted, and for legitimate organizational interests in operating this public community event. We honor access, correction, and deletion requests as required by applicable law.
How Data Is Secured
- Registration data is transmitted over HTTPS when accessed on the public site.
- Personal registration fields are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM.
- Database and encryption key files are blocked from direct public web access.
- Data handling is limited to operational event needs and reviewed periodically.
Data Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We only share information when necessary to operate the expo, coordinate services with participating housing partners, comply with legal obligations, or protect the safety and integrity of attendees and systems.
Retention
We retain RSVP records only as long as reasonably needed for event operations, follow-up, reporting, and legal recordkeeping duties. Test registrations may be removed during regular maintenance.
